Your data stays with you
Last updated 24 October 2026.
In short:
- There are no accounts and no sign-up.
- We use no cookies and no advertising trackers.
- What you type (card details, A3 text, logos) stays in your own browser. It is never sent to us.
- Files you make (PDF, PowerPoint, STL) are made on your own computer.
What is stored in your browser
To save your work between visits, the tools keep it in your browser's own storage (called “local storage”) on your device. We cannot see it. It includes:
- your kanban card design and the cards on your print sheet
- your A3 text and action plan
- your poster, presentation and 3D settings
- your ticks on the Start here plan
To delete it, use the Clear buttons in each tool, or clear this site's data in your browser settings. If you use a shared computer, clear it when you finish.
What other services see
Like every website, your browser has to ask a few services for files. Each one sees your IP address and browser type when it sends a file. None of them get what you type.
| Service | Why we use it | What it sees |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare (hosting) | Sends you the pages and keeps the site safe from attacks. | Your IP address and the pages you ask for, kept briefly in security logs. |
| Google Fonts | The typefaces used on the site. | Your IP address when the fonts load. |
| Cloudflare Web Analytics | Counts visits and measures page speed, without cookies. | Your IP address and the page you visit, used for totals only. |
| jsDelivr | The free library that makes PowerPoint files (A3 and Presentations pages only). | Your IP address when the library loads. |
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and check how fast pages load. It uses no cookies and does not track you across other websites. We only see totals, such as the number of visits to each page.
We do not run an email list yet. If we start one, joining will be your choice. We will only use your email to send what you asked for, you can leave at any time, and we will update this page first.
Shopping links
If we add links to products (for example on Amazon), we will label them clearly. We may earn a small fee if you buy, at no extra cost to you. The shop you visit has its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law (GDPR), you can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Because we do not collect what you type, there is usually nothing to send back. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
